I remember my mother making a version of Salisbury Steak and it was good. But the version I made last night for dinner was deee-licious!! I tried to make it more low calorie by using extra lean ground beef. Next time I'll use ground turkey, and I'm sure it will be just as good. I used a pound of ground beef to make four "steaks", decreased the amount of bread crumbs, and did not use any beef bouillon. The gravy was soooo good, I can't wait for
lunch dinner tonight! Try this .... you'll love it!
