Hey, any rhubarb lovers out there?

I had to thin out my rhubarb patch a couple days ago, as the leaves were resting on my lawn (and the gardener mows around, not under). I usually combine strawberries with any rhubarb recipe, but this time I decided to try a new recipe using rhubarb alone. The reviews on all recipes.com were so good! And it was good. I used a square 9" pan, used about five cups of rhubarb, and added one teaspoon of grated orange peel. The color of the dessert was not that pretty (kind of a khaki gray/green), and adding strawberries would have improved that, but I'd make this again and again ... the topping was so delicious!
